We will hold waitlist restocks through the next 4-6 weeks to ensure everyone on the list has been invited. After the last group is invited, there will be 1-2 courtesy rollover restocks to give those who have not ordered yet one final chance to purchase. We expect the final courtesy restock event to be held mid-February.
Once we are through the waitlist, masks will be restocked on our site as we receive shipments. We will also offer a total of 3 pre-order options, which we will provide more information about shortly.
Realistically, inventory is likely to sell out quickly, but with increased production, we anticipate an improvement in supply from the pre-waitlist days. We will keep a close eye on the general restocks, and will evaluate and adjust as needed.
This may fluctuate depending on the number of shipments each week, but we expect to have 2-3 restocks per week. We will vary the timing (i.e. morning vs. evening) of each restock to allow customers with different schedules an equal chance to purchase.
Yes, not only will we still be offering a pre-order option, but we are expanding the designs to include a new kid-friendly STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) themed design in the Pro Series in S, M, and L, and bringing back the beloved Misty Green Pro Series in S, M, and L. The existing Gray Pro Series in S, M, and L will still be available, as well the Graphite Ultra Series in the XL size. Please note that these designs will only be available for pre-order and will not be restocked to the site. The starting pre-order ship date will be approximately mid-March for these orders. Once they fill up, we will adjust the ship date on the website. We will send an email and post to our social media once these options are available.
In order to make sure we have the maximum number of Ultra Series masks available for general restocks, we will not be offering them for pre-order at this time with the exception of the XL size in Graphite, but we are working to expand production with the goal of offering Ultras as pre-orders in the future.
We will ship out all outstanding pre-orders by mid-February. If you want to cancel an existing pre-order in favor of ordering some of the other options, you’re welcome to do that as long as your order has not shipped. Please note there is a 5% payment processing fee for all cancellations. We can not combine existing pre-orders with the new pre-order offering.
Because we’ll be receiving shipments 2-3 times a week, any sold out masks should be available again within a few days. If a mask is sold out, you can sign up to receive email notifications when it becomes available again. Please note this is not a waitlist, and when masks are restocked, they will be available first come, first serve.
There will not be a limit to how many masks you’re able to purchase. We want to ensure everyone who needs masks can purchase them, so we kindly ask that you not place bulk orders or stockpile masks. If we notice this happening, we may be forced to implement a limit.
Similar to orders placed during waitlist restocks, orders from the general restocks will typically ship within a week.
