Use the "Filter by Size" feature at the top of the Pro Series and Ultra Series pages to see what masks are available in your size. Please note that not every design is made in all sizes. XS and XL are only available in the Ultra Series.
We only have one medium size, which fits a range of children and adults, depending on face shape and size. Please choose according to the measurement guide for the most accurate sizing.
Our filter has been rigorously tested with labs accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard. In a NaCl aerosol test report, our masks demonstrate a 98% level of filtration efficacy down to 0.3 microns. The NaCl test is the NIOSH Respirator Prequalification test, and is a widely accepted method for evaluating particle penetration and airflow resistance for N95 masks. N95 masks are made for medical settings and tested by NIOSH, which means they are one-time use, require a fit-test, and provide an extremely tight seal. Happy Masks are designed for non-medical settings, and are washable and reusable with a tested filter. While Happy Masks do not provide as tight of a side-seal as a N95, they provide more than adequate protection in everyday situations, assuming a correct fit.
We generally launch new designs once every month or two. We also regularly discontinue old or limited edition designs to make room for new ones, so if you see a design you like, be sure to get it while you can! The materials in all 5 layers of our masks are carefully selected and tested for protection, safety, and comfort. The outer fabric layers are made of lightweight polyester, the two non-woven support layers are made of Polyethylene and Polypropylene, and the inner nanofiber membrane is made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene). Our masks are never treated with harmful substances or chemicals such as flame retardants, water repellents, or antimicrobial agents.
If you're missing an ear adjuster (or two), please just reach out to our customer service team, and we'll be happy to send you a pack of replacement ear adjusters. You'll just pay for shipping.

Our masks are meant to be worn for 250 hours, which is about 2 months of regular use, or 50 washes.
Because we have a policy of keeping our pricing consistent, we do not offer discounts or sales. Please be aware that any discount code you find on a third-party discount site is not provided by us and is fraudulent.
Orders of in-stock masks are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order date. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships.

We offer three options for expedited shipping. Please note that the estimated timeframe does not include fulfillment, which takes one business day for expedited orders. The timeframe for orders placed with UPS Overnight or 2-Day shipping options applies to business days only, and does not include weekends.
As long as your order is over $60 and within the contiguous United States, you'll automatically get free standard shipping.
Please email us right away at info@happymasks.com if you change your mind about your order. If it hasn't shipped, we'd be happy to help you cancel it. If it has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it, but we can let you know how to get it back to us.
Sometimes carriers put the packages in strange places, or mark it delivered prematurely. If you can't find it anywhere around your house, please check with your neighbors to see if they may have received your package by mistake! If you still are unable to locate it, please email us at info@happymasks.com so we can look into it for you.
If something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us immediately at info@happymasks.com so we can assist you. If there has been a fulfillment error, please do not remove the mask from its packaging.
We ship to many countries beyond the US. If your desired country is not available at checkout, please email us at info@happymasks.com, and we can see if it's possible to add it to the list of available countries.


Our masks typically last approximately 250 hours, or around 2 months of regular use, but this may vary slightly depending on individual environments and wear and tear.
The Ultra Series can withstand machine-washing (preferably on gentle cycle in a mesh bag, and then air-dried) approximately 25 times. The Pro Series must be hand-washed, though, as the spinning cycle of a washer and dryer can compromise the filter.
For unpleasant odors, we advise washing it using a few drops of hypoallergenic laundry detergent such as Tide Free and Gentle, and then giving it a light spray of 70% isopropyl alcohol on both sides and letting it dry in sunlight. Some of our customers have also had luck with placing the clean, dry mask inside a sealed tupperware container with some peppermint Life Savers!
We have not changed our sizing, and use a precision laser machine to cut our masks. Except for very slight variations due to the trim being hand-sewn, all masks of the same size have the same dimensions. A brand new mask may sometimes feel differently compared to one that has been washed and worn, as it will naturally soften over time. If you find the stiffness of a new mask to feel uncomfortable or ill-fitting, please wash it a few extra times, which should soften it. Yes! We offer a 2-month Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. Here's what is covered:
- Manufacturing defects that occur within the first 2 months of purchase.
- Fulfillment errors or shipping issues.
Though we wish our masks could last forever, they do experience a certain amount of wear and tear, as well as variations in how they are worn and cared for. Here is what we don't cover:
- Issues resulting from wear and tear, including but not limited to repeated opening/closing of the nose bridge, holes caused by chewing or rubbing, pilling caused by abrasion, excessive pulling or stretching of the ear loops.
- Issues caused by incorrect washing/care of our masks, staining, accumulated odors, or mildew caused by humid conditions.
Happy Masks only accepts returns of unopened, unworn, and undamaged products within 30 days of the original order date for either a full store credit refund, or a refund to the original method of payment minus a 5% processing fee. Please contact our support team within 30 days of the original order date for authorization of the return.
