Do you accept returns?
- Happy Masks only accepts returns of unopened, unworn, and undamaged products within 30 days of the original order date for store credit.
- Before purchasing, please refer to our sizing chart to best determine your correct size, as we can not accept the return of a product once it has been opened.
- If you order multiple masks in the same size, please only open one to try it on, so you are still eligible to return any unopened masks.
- Refunds or store credit require proof of purchase.
I need to return my mask. What’s next?
- Please contact our support team at email@example.com within 30 days of the original order date for authorization of the return of unopened, unworn, and undamaged products.
- Authorized returns must be shipped within 14 days from return approval.
- Returns must be sent via USPS. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we are unable to refund shipping fees. To avoid issues, we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all returns.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit once the item(s) are inspected and processed by our returns team.
- Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to ensuring all customers receive a new, unworn, hygienic mask or accessory, any items that have been opened, improperly handled, or damaged will not be eligible for refund and will be discarded.
I received the incorrect item.
- If an incorrect item was sent to you in error, we are happy to exchange it for the correct item or a full store credit.
- Please do not open the mask(s), as that will render it ineligible for return.
- We will provide a shipping label for you to return the incorrect item in its original condition, and ship you the correct product(s) or issue store credit (at Happy Masks’ sole discretion).
