The purpose of this contest is to develop the next Happy Masks design. The following are the official contest rules:
- All submitted work must be the original work of the entrant and must not include, be based on, or derived from any pre-existing or third-party designs, trademarks, or copyrighted images.
- All entries will become the property of Happy Masks. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees that any and all intellectual property rights in the design are deemed assigned to Happy Masks.
- Except where prohibited by law, an entry submission into this contest constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, prize information, and information provided on the entry form for publicity purposes, without further permission or compensation. If the winner would like his/ her name modified for privacy purposes, Happy Masks is able to allow for this modification.
- Happy Masks reserves the right to modify the winning mask design as necessary to achieve the goals of this initiative.
- Happy Masks reserves the right to not select a winner if, in its sole discretion, no suitable entries are received.
- The selected winner must submit a scanned version of the winning design so that it is adaptable to electronic and print media, and able to reproduce as needed.
How to Enter
The contest begins on July 6, 2021. Submissions will be accepted through July 20, 2021. In order to submit an entry, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Download the design template here.
Step 2: Email design entry to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Happy Masks will then select the top 5 designs to be voted on by the broader Happy Masks community from 07/22/21 - 07/25/21. Winners will be announced via Instagram, Facebook, and email on 07/27/21. The entry with the most votes will then be produced and sold at www.happymasks.com in August 2021.
The winning designer will receive a $500 cash prize and a $100 Happy Masks gift card.
